SCR approaches housing density as both a design and urban question, seeking solutions that contribute positively to the public realm while responding to the realities of growth and change. Our work includes missing-middle housing, multi-family residential, and mixed residential developments, often within established neighborhoods and sensitive urban contexts.

Through careful site planning, massing studies, and attention to scale, we aim to create housing that feels connected rather than imposed.
